Water-based eyeliner formula with a high concentration of pigments for smooth, even color release. The felt applicator helps create a controlled line along the lash line. PUPA lists the product as ophthalmologically tested, paraben free, and low allergy risk.

Shake well before use to mix the pigments. Hold the applicator parallel to the lash line, then draw from the inner corner outward, keeping the tip close to the lashes. For a thin line, use light pressure; for a stronger graphic effect, press slightly more or build a second layer after the first line dries.
