Use the liner tip along the upper lash line, starting from the inner corner and moving outward. For a stronger look, extend the line slightly upward at the outer corner. Apply the kajal side to the waterline or close to the lower lashes for extra depth. For a smoky effect, apply kajal near the lash line and blend quickly before it sets.
