The formula contains jojoba oil for softening and nourishing benefits, cottonseed oil to help maintain softness and comfort, and antioxidant vitamins E and C. Its creamy, highly blendable texture provides strong color payoff and can be used along the lash line, on the waterline or blended across the eyelid.

Starting from the inner corner of the upper eyelid, draw a line following the natural lash line. Use the smudger on the opposite end to soften and blend the color for a smoky effect. Repeat along the lower lash line when desired. The blended pencil can also be used as a base beneath eyeshadow to improve its hold and create a more even application. Apply to the waterline for a more intense kajal effect.
