Draw a line along the base of the upper lashes, beginning at the inner corner and moving toward the outer corner. Keep the tip directed toward the tear duct and follow the natural shape of the eye. Use light pressure for a thin, precise line or increase the pressure gradually for a thicker result. Extend the outer edge upward to create a defined flick, then allow it to dry for several seconds.
